Serpentskirt is a music agency built to support artists in developing sustainable, long-term careers, with mental health and wellbeing at the core of everything we do.

We offer full-service management, press, marketing, and tour support, working closely with each artist to build strategies that are realistic, tailored, and sustainable in practice - not just in theory. Alongside career development, we actively prioritise the human side of the work: managing pressure, protecting energy, and creating space within demanding release and touring cycles.

Our approach is hands-on and artist-first, with a focus on reducing burnout and building structures that can hold up over time. That means honest communication, clear boundaries, and ongoing support that extends beyond traditional career milestones.

We are also committed to embedding principles of diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility across everything we do - both in the artists we support and the spaces we help shape within the wider industry.

Serpentskirt exists to help artists build lasting careers that feel balanced, intentional, and genuinely sustainable.
